AEC's competent consultants support you in your daily work and help you solve your problems.
AEC sees it as a matter of course to provide support and support for the programs and tools we offer our customers. With a support agreement, you get access to support when you need it. We have several different ways to help you so that you can choose the support that suits you best.
Support questions can be posted via email or phone and we will contact you as soon as possible. Of course, we are also happy to meet you via remote control. We can set up a meeting for you or several people, where we go through solutions to solve your problems or news that may be valuable to you.
We offer user support for all software in our portfolio, such as AEC PLUS, AEC CADIUM, AEC PLUS INFRA, as well as for our suppliers’ products such as Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit platforms, Bluebeam Revu, Febdok and SketchUp.

The first time you contact us without a service agreement we provide guidance and present our services. If you are interested in our services a sales representative will get back to you to find which service suits your business best.
The support is greatly facilitated if we can show you on the screen during the time, we are guiding you by phone. At AEC Support we have the opportunity to help you via remote control, which allows our technicians to reach your computer and provide you with advanced support.
